    Playgroups are a great way to meet other families, help your child make first friends, and build your own community – all while enjoying craft activities, child-led playtime, story-time and a healthy snack with your child.

    Every family receives a new, free book each month, plus there is a $5 gift card door prize drawing every playgroup.

    Playgroups usually meet the 2nd and 4th weeks of each month. Please check website for updates.

    The Colossal Fossils Museum Returns to Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin!

    All of your favorite dinosaurs and ice age mammals, from T. rex to the saber-tooth tiger, will be coming to teach you and your family about the amazing plants and animals that are in the fossil record. This hands-on adventure includes tours, interactive sections, and more. Learn about ancient people, engage with our many hands-on activities, and best of all, you can touch almost every fossil that they bring!

    Summer Volleyball Leagues at The View

    It's that time of year again, summer is rapidly approaching, and volleyball season will be here soon!!!! They will be having their Captains meeting, signup party, and last minute signups on the 3rd Thursday of May with leagues to follow the following week!

    Registration
    - $20 if before March 31st
    - $30 if before April 31st
    - $40 if before May 15th
    - $50 if late registration, sign up early and save big!

    Nights of the Week
    - Thursdays for sure!
    - Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays if  there is enough intetest! Come sign up and let them know your preference of days

    Fun Stuff
    - End of the year party with FREE Pizza and Beer with Cash and Prizes

    Drinking Trophy
    -1/4 Barrel Party for EVERY player on the team with most dollars spent on food/drinks at the end of the season

    League Trophy

    Chippewa Valley Century Ride

    Starting at Irvine Park, Chippewa Falls, WI, the Chippewa Valley Century Ride is a not for profit bike ride that benefits hunger task force agencies, local parks, youth organizations, and special needs in the Chippewa Valley.
    Our courses includes a 35, 50, 75, or 100 mile option all on blacktop roads, leading through the beautiful farmland of Chippewa County along the Chippewa and Flambeau Rivers, Lakes Wissota and Holcombe, and through the kettle moraine topography of the Chippewa County Forest.

    The entry fee covers our 4 full-service rest stops with snacks, refreshments and full facilities, water stops, “sag”/support vehicles and a full meal featuring locally made brats with all the 'fixins', soda and Leinenkugel's beer. A vegetarian meal is available if ordered in advance (just let us know on your pre-registration form).

    Riders can register and check in from 7am-10am and immediately start the Ride.
